“I went to the San Carlos store a year ago to get measured for ski boots and was told my last (width) was 104. One year later I was measured and my last is 102. ???? Gabby was very knowledgeable and I purchased a new pair of boots. Then the manager says they can't adjust my bindings because they were too old. Since the boot length was 1 mm shorter, it was not an issue and I enjoyed skiing on them yesterday. Saved $45 and the current 10 day wait.”

I take exception with the one review that criticized their customer service. I have had only pleasant encounters over the years. Perhaps customers get upset when their watches cant be repaired or cost more than they expect to fix, but the owner handles her customer fairly.....”
