“I called Lenity last weekend after my recently adopted rescue dog ate something in a bush and started vomiting. The person on the phone was very friendly and said they would see him. The process is efficient and seamless, you check in from your car, complete paperwork and then my dog was taken in. He was examined and I rec'd a phone call from Dr. Zak, also very friendly and explained thoroughly his recommended treatment. Every member of the staff (vet techs Brian and Amanda, I think) was wonderful, so nice, patient and kind. I really cannot remember the last time I experienced this type of excellent service at an ER Vet and I am so thankful to have found them. After recently moving back to the Bay Area, I was concerned about finding services in this exact type of situation. I had previously used another well know Vet Specialist and did NOT want to go back there since their customer care and services had severely declined over the years. I highly recommend Lenity Vet Specialists and Emergency Care.”

“Nate Watt is an extraordinary craftsman. He planned ahead for his visit and was very organized. He was also quick and skilled. Our plumbing is likely 1970's era and he was able to replace all of our angle valves and replace 3 faucet sets in one visit. I would recommend him for any plumbing task. The reason I did not choose "good value" about the business is because I am a renter and my landlords handled the estimates and the costs from the plumbers who gave an estimate for the work. I was not aware of the cost or estimates. Choose Nate from Caccia!”

“I was buying some windsurfing gear. The experience was very pleasant. The owner was tremendously helpful. He took his time with me, explained how to rig the sail properly, made suggestions on the products without being pushy, helped to actually rig the sail on my old mast which I brought with me. Then did the same with the new mast. During all of this I didn't not feel rushed or talked down to (like a novice might feel in some other shops). The shop itself had a lot of choices to choose from in terms of used sails, masts, booms, etc. This is in my opinion the number one choice for shopping for windsurfing gear on the Peninsula.”

“Scout's House treated my 14 year old beagle for symptoms of arthritis. They worked wonders with her during the sessions to build up her agility and muscle mass, and recommended homework for us to try at home. After weekly visits for 5 weeks, she had gained a considerable amount of muscle mass back on her leg and after a total of 10 visits, she was pretty much cured. Thank you Scout's House for providing a healthy alternative to surgery and allowing Cinnamon to live a happy normal life well into her old age!”
