(March 5, 2019, 10:08 pm)I don't usually shop at Trader Joe's since this location isn't that close to where I live. But they have been getting good marks from consumer groups for many of their products. The 24 oz bag of organic baby carrots for $1.49 are very tasty. I got a few other items including tofu and frozen waffles, all good deals IMHO.

Some of the sparkling wines are favorite selections for weddings since they are under $7.00.
The one down side that keeps recurring are the bottles with twist off caps! Good grief. Some of them are really problematic! Perhaps management can address this recurring problem????? -

(February 16, 2019, 9:46 pm)Still a favorite for easy, good dinner food. A bit pricey, but the convenience and quality make it worth it. Good variety of quick treats for small get-togethers. Staff really great.

Trader Joe's - Find Me Gluten Free
Trader Joe's used to be my main grocery store before diagnosis. But I'm disappointed at their lack of gluten free options (including things that probably don't really need gluten ingredients for any reason other than cheapness). I loved their pastas and frozen meals and condiments but those are all very limited for me now/off limits.

Full disclosure: I do 80% of my grocery shopping at an Asian market, 18% at a large supermarket chain and the remaining 2% at "interesting places." To me, Trader Joe's falls in the interesting category. Even if you haven't set foot in a Trader Joe's, after hearing their fun radio commercials or reading their cleverly written mailers you want to.
