The vibrations, with varying positions through out the 30-minute session greatly improve my mood, posture, fitness level and overall perspective. In addition to the vibration machine, I enjoy (when time permits) the amethyst heating therapy in the lounge chair. A lovely way to heal the body from outside to within while indulging in some relaxation. The Himalayan salt block lined window provides comfort and healing warmth. The best part of the experience is Iona, the owner. She is one of the most caring, genuine and kind individuals I have met. It was due to her personality and kindness that I initially tried the vibration machine, but ultimately I continue to be drawn to the overall experience. Highly recommend you try it”
