  Upgraded my Iphone to a Note 9 the other day. Andrew Salcedo provided excellent customer service and really spent time assisting me. Good job and thanks so much. I have been to this store several times in the past and Andrew was the only one who exceeded my expectations. Great personality too! Anyone who is planning to visit this store, ask for Andrew.

  Great location, very friendly staff. I was helped out by this rep name Berto, super awesome guy. Was very helpful and friendly. Definitely will be coming back for future purchases.

  Went in because I'm a prepaid customer on another carrier, but have a work trip to Canada coming up. Seems T-Mobile offers Canada and Mexico roaming (for a fee) to their prepaid customers, too. Told the person there this and I was out the door with a new working SIM and the right plan in maybe ten minutes.
  
  No nonsense, no hassle! I might actually switch to TMo if this trip goes well. That experience was much better than with my carrier when I said, "prepaid." I just rather pay up front. Why do other carriers velvet rope-off those customers?
