(November 7, 2018, 12:09 pm)Great customer service. Had an issue with my order 11/6/18 at lunch time and couldn't come back until later in the day after voting. Called and was told to come in by the guy who picked up. Was given a choice of a free drink for free. Made sure I wasn't lactose and that I should order a different drink to ensure nothing bad happened. Did just that and left satisfied. No hassle resolution. I never got his name but he deserves a raise for handling my issue without any problems at all. Probably one of the best experiences with customer service as of yet. I got a banana matcha smoothie. I would happily tell others of this location as I know they will right a wrong.
(October 12, 2018, 1:04 pm)I've read the description multiple times, and I still have no idea what the heck "salted cheese" is. That being said, it is amazing and makes all their milk teas even yummier. There's a reason there's always a line out the door of this place.

This Happy Lemon actually was where Lee's Sandwiches used to be since they were a lot bigger, but now they're on the other half of Lee's Sandwiches former space (at least that's what I remembered). There were a lot of seating and tables inside. The menu was the same as other Happy Lemon locations along with the same prices.
