“Originally I wanted to take my FSC test at the Stevens Creek location but got denied there by a manager who made excuses to not administer the test. My friend and I drove out to this location where the manager Charles G. helped us and administered the test. It went smoothly and the whole process was done under 20 minutes. He was very kind and treated us with respect and overall won our business. Charles if you’re reading this I appreciate how sincere and kind you are and once again thank you for being great!”

“I love this store! It’s the biggest party supply store in the immediate area next to having to go to San Jose or Salinas so they can run out of stock pretty quickly. Customer service has be really good in my experience. Very friendly and as helpful as can be. Wandering the isles there makes me feel like a kid again so it’s pretty fun. Clean and organized I found items I needed fairly easily and checkout was quick and hassle free. One suggestion is they may want to turn down the Halloween music a bit, well a lot. It’s super loud and headache inducing after a few minutes. Overall I think it’s a great place to get party supplies in larger quantities and with a good selection. I always leave there in a good mood lol!”

“Went Saturday at 6pm and we were immediately seated (family of 4). The restaurant wasn't too busy ordered drinks, apps and meals all came in a timely manner. My daughter ordered a salad asked for no tomatoes (food allergy) and her salad came with tomatoes. It took 15min for a replacement salad. My husband ordered garlic fries and got regular fries. He just wanted to eat so he let it be”

The drinks were excellent and the food was was great, especially under the circumstances since they are shorthanded due to the shortage of people not wanting to work. “I'm a regular at my local store, but because I was in the area getting my car serviced, so I booked an appointment here. I got there early to do a little looking around. While I was getting closer to my appointment time I walked closer to the salon. A staff member was about to cross paths with me and greeted me like they all do. Come to find out it was Teresa my esthetician for today. We definitely clicked, and as my treatment went on we chatted on and off; although she really did her best to try and get me to relax. By the end of my session my skin was red and blotchy like it should be with a good facial(sounds odd I know, but its true), and by the time I got home in the evening it was already clear and I had a nice glow going on. I'm seriously debating making the drive just for a facial. Its really just Teresa, she really took the time to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied. I will also say that the staff as a whole in that store is amazing, and you can tell everyone loves there job and work well with there fellow employees. This location is one the brand should be proud of.”
