(June 4, 2023, 7:36 pm)The service is very professional and food is world class. The waiters are knowledgeable and know their way around the menu. This is difficult to come by. Then there are servers who are quick and deliver your meal and take things away when needed. This is great, efficient, and organized team work.
The ambiance is great. Indoor dining seems very decorative, while outdoor seating is a nice pet-friendly add-on.
Got the Mentai Cream Sauce Udon and the Tonkotsu Udon Deluxe. The Cream Udon was excellent, with generous amounts of cream and toppings. It's hard to compare it to anything since it's so unique, but think of a really creamy Alfredo sauce with umami flavor and thick noodles. It was just a very fulfilling dish. The Tonkotsu Udon was also excellent, with tasty slices of pork and marinated egg. The broth was really good and hard to stop slurping. The takoyaki is very standard, though I wish it had a little more dry and crunchy texture to it, rather than moist like dough. However it was worth it.
I highly recommend Udon Mugizo. I will definitely be back to try more dishes in the future. -

(April 27, 2023, 12:39 am)Such kind staff and quick service. We sat outside and they were kind enough to offer our pup a bowl of water. The folks there were very attentive and the food was great. Would most definitely go back for the cold veggie udon again!

Corn tempura was very interesting and tasty, worth a try! -

(April 18, 2022, 11:13 pm)was struggling to make up my mind walking up and down and looking at all the different places in the area and when i saw the noodles being made fresh in the window i quickly was sucked in. so glad that i got pulled in by those noodles because they were delish! good service overall so no complaints here!
