“I was here to celebrate one of my friends birthdays. We had reserved earlier and everyone was seated. The door was kept open so it was feeling very cold as our table was close to it. Our server was good and took good care of us based on our orders and also we brought our own cake. All we asked is to bring it after our dining is over. I feel every restaurant should say that they charge just to bring the cake ( which is brought by the customer), outside. Anyhow, after finishing the dinner and cake cutting by ourselves, and we don't know when the bill came it had all kinds of taxes besides the ones we usually see. It disappointed us and we checked on it. Our server disappeared but another person from the staff spoke to their manager and sorted it out for us. Anyhow the food was okay, service was okay but not sure if I am a fan of that restaurant.”

“Like all of us, I have been incredibly busy especially since Covid started. As an entrepreneur and a father of a 4-year-old my time is very limited to go to a gym and exercise even when the gyms are open. “I found out about Marcel from the 49ers orthopedic surgeon at the SOAR clinic. Following my professional soccer career, I was plagued with the remnants of my past injuries. My upper back and neck were constantly sore. My knee pain was impacting my ability to exercise. I have tried acupuncture, chiropractic, physical therapy and medications... nothing was helping in the immediate aftermath or long term. The difference that I notice with Rolfing is that it is addressing the root cause of the problem. It focuses on the source of the imbalance or tension and resolves that, so the symptoms are alleviated. It works long term. I am happy to say the alignment that was causing my knee issues is resolved and I have started to run again. The tension in my neck and back are much improved but will need a refresh time and time again. I will still require maintenance but well worth it. I recommend MK Rolfing to anyone who has long term pain that needs to be addressed and those with new acute pain. Massages feel good, but they don’t help long term. Marcel has a great sense of what is causing the issue and has a great ability to work with the body to get it to respond so it can heal.”
