“I cannot say enough positive things to express how incredible the staff members at the Trenton location truly are! My grandmother had been walking around with 1 hearing aid for almost 5 years, after 1 stopped working. It wasn't apparent how much she needed new ones until after her 1st visit/ hearing test with Paul Beauch at Miracle-Ear. Her new hearing aids arrived at Miracle-Ear right before Easter. Paul, being the genuinely sweet person he is, squeezed her in for her fitting on Good Friday, so she could fully enjoy Easter with our family. Unfortunately, the sudden ability to hear everything, coupled with our family being accustomed to speaking louder around her, was too much for her and she wanted to take them back. We initially went back on Monday to return them... but once again, Paul went above and beyond... not for his own benefit, but for my grandma's and our family! He sat down with me for more than a half-hour (with her permission of course) reviewing her test results and explaining what they meant in terms of her ability to hear different sounds/pitches. After which, he took the time to devise a plan to adjust the new hearing aids based on everything we discussed. Prior to her next visit, he made all the discussed adjustments, had the hearing aids charged and ready to go for her appointment. Much to my family's delight, she walked back out of his office with hearing aids and huge smile.... and we owe it all to Trenton Miracle-Ear!!! The dedicated, patient, compassionate care Paul provides is something that is often missing in our world...especially when it comes to the senior community...and my family feels so blessed to have found him!!! His desire to improve the quality of life for his patients is not only stated in words, but obvious in every interaction with him!”
