“This body shop is great! At first, I chose this body shop because they are Honda-certified body shop and 4.7star rate. However, their customer care is more than that. Especially, I would like to appreciate Tom for his great support. I hope not come back for issue again. But, if I need to go body shop, definitely I will come back to Tom again.”

“Amazing experience! The very first day, during the discovery flight you get to actually control [well, control SOME controls] of the helicopter in flight., This was truly amazing and John has great teaching style that is very low-stress...especially handy when you are in a helicopter 1000 ft above ground.”

“Excellent flying school with a modern fleet of over 50 aircraft of multiple types split between Palo Alto and San Carlos airports and an extensive roster of flight instructors to provide any training you may require. The clubhouses at both airports have flight simulators and all the amenities an aspiring or active pilot may require.”

“A fantastic introductory flight experience with Darryl today. He is very nice, and the whole flight with him is very entertaining and informative. On the ground, as he prepared the aircraft for flight, he'd explain what he's doing along in a brief manner, so we'd feel very much involved during the process. And he'd keep things simple and easy to understand, so things stayed interesting, and we wouldn't feel overwhelming. While in the air, I was really surprised by the amount of actual flying he allowed me to do. It WAS beyond what I expected. But, I have to say that although I was nervous about it at first, I had a GREAT time! And more importantly, I actually learnt a lot about aircraft handling in this very first class. And last but not least, the scenic tour was great. The weather was wonderful, and Half Moon Bay looked just marvelous. I will definitely recommend Darryl if you are planning on taking an introductory flight like I did today. You won't regret it. It was well worth it. And finally, I know I've probably said it a lot today already, but once again, thank you, Darryl. Li”

“Simply put, Sue is great. Other reviewers have remarked on her experience and expertise, so I won't repeat that here. What I will comment on is that Sue finds multiple ways to teach the knowledge and skills required to get that coveted pilot license. She gets to know you, the student, in a way that allows her to connect the dots between a skill or technique you're not familiar with and one you are familiar with. In my particular case, she drew frequent analogies to skiing - for example, staying ahead of the aircraft in a similar way to how I anticipate turns on a mogul field. The ability to convey information and impart skills in different ways unique to the individual student makes an instructor really stand out. Everyone I met on my journey to the proud holder of a private pilot license knew and greatly respected Sue. That speaks volumes. Interested in learning to fly? I recommend Sue Ballew.”

“So so plane availability if you're looking into faster planes. Often no one to answer the phone or emails timely or help you find a CFI within a day or two if you need a currency flight, but the club is laid back without too many rules and overbearing paperwork like other clubs nearby.”

“We just used Art at Peninsula Avionics again, this time to install a Garmin G5 and rearrange some other panel instruments. We have used his facility on several previous occasions, to include major avionics upgrade projects. We have always found his work to be meticulous, and performed with great concern and attention to the smallest of details. The fit and finish of the panel and the cosmetic aspects of the installations are also impeccable. His pricing is fair and reasonable. I highly recommend Art and Peninsula Avionics, and I plan on using him in the future as our “Go to” avionics facility. Steve Feldman, AirplanesUSA Aircraft Sales, San Carlos, CA”

“If you like seeing a lot of non commercial airplanes and also a lot of interesting helicopters this is a great place to go and stop by for a quick visit. One of the reasons why I really like this airport is that it's right next to one of the parks. The other thing is is that it's literally an airport that seems like it's out in the country but it's literally like right in the city just a short one mile drive away. The airport does have an airport lounge over here and that actually is very well furnished and half staff on location. There's plenty of parking here, and honestly it's one of the more busier airports that are customize to the private individual. If you need a relaxing place to really go out and basically here the airplanes are you just need to get something off your mind this is a great place to go.”
