  If your on your quest to be your best I definitely would recommend this wonderful therapy facility. I would like to say Shalaka is my physical therapist I have returned just to be treated by her. She did a great job last time I came in 2017. The staff is awesome and very helpful . I just wanted to point out that it is very clean. Most important friendly PT's and aides you all know who you are????????that will help you and anytime. Please keep in mind that this is a great place. Thank you Silver creek therapy.

  I had an excellent experience at Silver Creek Physical Therapy, and I highly recommend them. I was referred to them by my physician for treatment of pain caused by bursitis in my right hip.
  
  My physical therapist Dr. Dominic Baiocco was very knowledgeable and skillful both in diagnosis and treatment. He located the exact areas of the inflammation and tailored treatments and exercises to improve my strength and flexibility, which restored my ability to walk and work with much less pain. He was very careful to coach me in the correct ways to do the exercises so that I would not only get the most advantage from them, but would also avoid causing myself more pain. He also advised me how to go about daily activities in ways that would avoid making the bursitis worse. His cheerful manner motivated me to keep coming back in order to achieve the maximum improvement.
  
  The assisting staff were also very helpful. They would lead me through the details of various exercises and help me with the equipment in order get the maximum benefit and avoid difficulties. They were always so polite and kind that it made the experience a pleasant one.
  
  The facility is clean and well organized. The staff at the front desk were very courteous and helpful, and when some unexpected conflicts came up in my schedule they responded by promptly helping me find and book alternate dates and times.
  
  I have happily recommended Silver Creek Physical Therapy to others, and they have also found them to be excellent.

  Silver Creek PT is great! They are very attentive. Shalaka was my PT. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. The support staff is amazing as well. In fact, I only have 1 more visit and I'm discharged for my arm. I fell on it. I had tendonitis. Now my arm is like new. Thank you to everyone at Silver Creek, Evergreen.
