We've been using these cabinets for about 5 months now and we get nothing but praise for their looks... and I love the way they function. The NGY San Jose team is fantastic. I worked with Michael over the course of a month or so.... this guy is a wizard and provides excellent customer service. He helped me design a super functional and beautiful kitchen - and he was never pushy with trying to upsell on anything, he just informed us of all options and let us pick, while providing great insight. Also, I was really impressed with Michael's speed at which he was able to estimate a quote. I brought in a competitors quote (an online seller who I believed to be the cheapest, yet highest quality) and he had me a quote within 5 minutes of walking in that was about 30% cheaper - wow. He also responded to all email communications within 12 hours and was thorough with his information. The other team members were also a pleasure to work with.
