  Clean and well run. The complimentary hot breakfast is a nice touch. Everyone is friendly and accommodating.

  I have stayed here a few times and it has always been generally good. It seems clean and not too busy. Rooms feel clean and we'll kept. Haven't had any issues with that except the bathroom doors in the bigger suites. They are like a fogged glass door that doesn't lock. It's super awkward and loud in there with a door like that. Everyone can hear and slightly see what's going on in there. I really like the airport shuttle. Have used it each time with no issue. There is a restaurant and a bar which are both decent. The breakfast was also good. Overall good experience and I expect to keep using them in the future.

  It was our first time in San Jose for the NHL All Star game, Our stay here was absolutely perfect. From the room that was very clean and roomy to the ladies at the front desk. The shuttle service from the hotel to the airport made a hectic commute easy for us! We definitely will be planning another trip to San Jose soon and we will be staying here again for sure.

  They're fine. They are what they are. I like the bathroom setup. Toilet n sink in their own room, shower n sink in another room. Happy hour at the bar is good, also.
