“I have stayed here a few times and it has always been generally good. It seems clean and not too busy. Rooms feel clean and we'll kept. Haven't had any issues with that except the bathroom doors in the bigger suites. They are like a fogged glass door that doesn't lock. It's super awkward and loud in there with a door like that. Everyone can hear and slightly see what's going on in there. I really like the airport shuttle. Have used it each time with no issue. There is a restaurant and a bar which are both decent. The breakfast was also good. Overall good experience and I expect to keep using them in the future.”

“I stay here for work two weeks a month and I wouldn't stay anywhere else. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, as well as the rest of the hotel. Aside from being comfortable, the staff is fantastic. Wally at the front desk is, by far, the best person I've ever met in guest services. He is always very nice and welcoming. I've noticed he takes the time to remember and addressing the names of guests, making them feel more at home. Rena at the front desk is aslways a pleasure, as well. Other employees that deserve recognition are Cesar, Carlos and Francisco. Everyone really goes out of their way to be accommodating and helpful. The named employees are all ones that really go above and beyond at their jobs. The breakfast is also fantastic and they have a great gym facility, which is important when traveling for long periods at a time. I can't comment on any major problems I've had the mulitple times I've stayed here, but whenever there is a minor issue (as all hotels have), the staff is always quickly to resolve them. I've had better experiences here than I've had a five stars resorts.”
