Great little corner in a pretty boring plaza. The teas are less sweet than something like Teaspoon so don’t be afraid of getting 100 sugar!

I love their Vietnamese coffee and their yummy snacks and beautiful desserts.

I really do like this place, just don't come towards closing. Anytime before 8pm and you should be able to get a green waffle. They close the hot food down at least by 830pm and close shop by 9pm. But drinks are still available! Like the decor, but not a fan of yellow walls. Great spot. Highly recommend for great drinks & the green waffles 🧇 😋 👌 👍 😀

Good place to hang out with friends. Nice decoration, friendly staffs. This is one of the best Okinawa milk tea I've ever had! I added creama on top to make it creamier, oh my god, it was so good. They have wide range selections of drinks, which makes me definitely come back to explore more. The waffles is a MUST try!

Great place to hang out, very cute ambiance love the customized cups. I had the signature leelo, the taste is good but i found the tapioca not well done. The waffle had too much air on it. Still taste very good though
