“I called R.P.S. Ribbs Premier because I needed a second opinion on a plumbing estimate for broken pipes which caused water damage in my home. From Sarah in the office to Thomas and Jonathan who came to my home, they were friendly, professional, helpful and informative. They examined the area in question in detail and provided a clear estimate with two different options. They left me with a brochure (and Jonathan took the time to quickly review it with me) and a business card as well. I would recommend R.P.S. Ribbs Premier without hesitation. After this initial visit, we hired RPS to complete our plumbing repair after other companies failed to come or would not come out to make an estimate or look at the job. Thomas and Jonathan came back to do the work and they were courteous, personable, careful and thorough in their work and committed to excellence. It was clear they actually CARED about the quality of their work and wanted to do an impeccable job (which they did!). “Had Silva tow come out and tow my dodge and the driver Johnny was very professional and definitely knows what he's doing he's kind hearted and quick and put my safety first he definitely knows the Definition of Customer service I will not have my family or friends use any other tow company the price was very reasonable for 130 in the morning! 5 stars all the way this guy needs a raise!”
