DESIGNER FRAMES HALF OFF OR BUY 2 FOR 99 DEAL WITH INHOUE OPTOMETRIST
I've been using For Eyes for years, as it was referred by my ophthalmologist. He told it they would be less expensive. It's a smaller store, they have a resident optometrist for eye exams. Lens are usually 50% off list. Service is friendly and fast!
I went into this location based on a recommendation to see Dr. Mortazavi. I had an eye exam and was measured for progressive lenses. They were able to quickly find my insurance plan and offer me the most for my vision needs. I left with an extra prescription for reading glasses for almost no out of pocket.
The visit was friendly and comfortable, Dr. Mortazavi explained clearly and briefly each test being done before hand.
I would extend that recommendation to anyone needing vision services.
Incredible Customer Service and NO CHARGE for getting the best result possible!!!
Some businesses understand what it means to have happy customers.
Went in with broken rims (glass was intact).
I was warmly welcomed and asked if the lady at the counter could fix them.
She said take a seat and she would do her best!
10-12 minutes later working actively she was able to fix the rim encapsulating my lens. She was concerned about the bow in the eye piece part of the frame BUT cautioned it wasn't likely good as the frame was old and could brake under some minor torsion.
Since I only use the glasses at night that was perfectly acceptable.
Oh, the best part is "There is no charge!!!"
This company gets my vote for excellence.
By the way, there was another customer there that had a minor problem who asked to help expedite something. After he left, the other very nice lady IMMEDIATELY made a call to assist in the customer's request rather than just saying she would she actually did!
