They provide a promotion that allows you to try a lot of classes in a one month period and see what fits your style. The instructors are very knowledgeable, friendly and they do cater to a group class environment. The management team runs a very smooth operation and I'd recommend this facility. Through my experience in travelling and doing drop in classes nationwide, this place rates the 5-star. Also offers a military/Veterans discount for those of us that qualify!
