Pros Ali is a creative person and offered solution that others didn't; Design, structural and construction under one roof Very economical compared to other contractors Flexible - Works with homeowners to reduce cost. We stayed in the house while the remodel was being done Ali is personally driven to get you good results. Very professional. Cons Add a buffer when they quote you a timeline. Several times the delays are because of their third party contractors. You sometimes get unlucky with their sub-contractors. But you can hold Ali's Construction accountable. You will have to be on top of everything. Don't have the expectation of it being managed like a software project. It's very different. Be sure to over communicate Overall, we are very satisfied with the results. I would recommend them and would work with them again. We were able to get Ali's attention when we hit the bottom a couple of times and were able to resolve the issues successfully. Most issues were about time taken to complete a job and NOT the quality of the job itself.”
