(April 5, 2015, 10:30 am)Not grand, but warm, friendly and with a strong sense of community, SJSRC is the best place to get a swim all year round in this area (outdoor heated pool FTW!) - pay a little bit more for tennis cpurt access, or base amlunt for gym, pool and classes.

'The club' really is an important part of the Willow Glen community. With no public pool around, the all year round heated outdoor pool is where to go. Classes and a decent gym are also included in the monthly fee.
You can pay a bit extra and get the tennis courts too.
Don't let the fact that it's a members' club out you off. It's not snobbish. You can bring your own food and wine, BBQ etc or order in. Facilities are decent but not luxury.
