Tarah Thai Kitchen

Little heaven for Thai food. Vegetarians must try their curry puff. Best of all was their Khaosan (must must try). The broth had so much flavor and the protien was very well cooked.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Tarah Thai Kitchen and I must say, their Spicy Catfish dish left me utterly impressed. The combination of crispy, flavorful catfish paired with perfectly cooked rice was an absolute delight for my taste buds. The level of spiciness was just right, adding an exciting kick to every bite without overwhelming the palate. The attention to detail in achieving that perfect crispiness while maintaining a burst of flavors was truly commendable. Tarah Thai Kitchen's Spicy Catfish has undoubtedly earned a special place on my list of favorite dishes. If you're a fan of bold flavors and a satisfying crunch, this dish is an absolute must-try!

Food:
We ordered the pad thai and green curry. The pad thai could be made vegan had good flavor. For additional spice, we requested thai chilli peppers which complimented jt perfectly.

The green curry was excellent and comes with a side of rice (happy that I don’t have to order it separately).

This place is a great value for money and I intend coming here again.

Unfortunately the soups have fish sauce, so we had to pass.

Service:
The server was understanding of our needs and offered us hot water upon request.

Atomsphere:
The place is small and cozy, it can get a little cramped if there are many people here. They have a TV playing sports channels.

Very tasty Thai food! Small and cozy place, but they offered great service!

Wish it was a little more spicy, though (they didn’t ask for spice level when taking orders).

- Pad Thai: Super tasty Pad Thai. Perfectly cooked. Wish they add more veggies and tofu. Decent portion size.

- Green Curry (Veggies & Tofu) with Rice: Loved this curry! The coconut flavor is very strong (in a nice way!). Rice was average though, didn’t taste fresh.

Overall, a great restaurant. You won’t be disappointed!

Quick and friendly service. Small but cozy dining room. Big Thai teas, really good tofu Thai basil dish and tasty curry. And we ordered enough to have leftovers for lunch tomorrow. So very happy we found this new Thai spot here in Willow Glen.
