“Such a great experience which is hard to find. Out of all of the furniture we bought for our house the Scandinavian Design couch I bought from Refurnish is my favorite piece. It feels, looks and smells and if it’s brand new but you’re buying at an extreme discount compared to buying a couch new. I’ve had the couch for a few months now and still love it. They professionally cleaned it, refilled the cushions, wrapped it in protection plastic, delivered it my house, helped me set it up and added little pieces on the bottom so that it doesn’t scratch my flooring. This is 100% the way to go when buying a couch: you don’t pay full price on an new couch that instantly loses value when you take it home and your not buying a used couch from someone who hasn’t cleaned it after years of use. Your last paragraph contained a combination of concerns including a) clients isolating, b) “drinking water and going in the bathroom,” c) WiFi, and d) cellular data. Isolation is something we take seriously, as it is an indication of dissociation (not doing well mentally), so we watch for clients starting to pull away and intervene. I am not sure what to say about the drinking water and using the restroom except to let readers know we installed water dispensers and ice makers in both facilities to make sure everyone is staying hydrated in hot summer months and to counteract the diuretic effects of some medications. Your concerns about the WiFi, if the WiFi is not working it is likely due to ComCast, and typically the entire city block is down, not just us. Lastly, cellular data is not something we provide to clients, that is something you would purchase on your own through your cell phone service provider. I hope I have covered all of your concerns, Joe Swanson. I wish you would have come to us so we could explain these matters in person rather than publicly tarnishing the reputation of our family’s 47 years’ caring for people with severe and chronic mental illness. My only regret is that I did not post this review sooner :-) Folks at Monster are super-friendly and the stereo and rear camera install in my RAV4 was fairly priced, done well, and finished quickly. “Excellent beginners hike with STUNNING views of the southern Bay Area. There is ample free parking at the base of the trail. Restrooms and picnic, BBQ areas as well. Park rangers provide good security here. Details regarding the hike and viewpoint follow: It’s approximately 3/4 of a mile uphill with a steep climb. Not too long but you’ll get a great leg workout going up. Once you arrive there is a view point with a looking glass. Plenty of red tailed hawks circling around. Very beautiful area. 1.5 miles round trip and if you want to extend your hike, when you come back down consider taking another one of the adjacent loops nearby. We turned this into a 5 mile hike and great workout. Highly recommended!”

“We asked Genmor Plumbing to do a whole home repipe on our home and the work they did was absolutely superb! It was a big multi-day project, but Genaro and his team stayed on schedule and on budget. They even worked with us to incorporate some last minute requests for a good price. When working in the house, the team always made sure to put down dropcloths and clean up at the end of the day which I really appreciated. These guys were a really great value and we couldn't be happier with the job they did.”

“Got a low PSI on my class C rv , my portable air compressor did not work over 40 PSI ,and I accidentally lost one of my TMPC sensor into the front tire hubcap . I stopped by the shop this morning asking for help , the staff was nice . One guy helped me to open the front cab immediately after I pulled the rig in . They even lift up and took out the front tire try to find the lost sensor . Then they inflated all my rv tires to 70 PSI as I required . Good service and good people . Solve the problem . Arthur”

“I wish all repair shops were so honest, competent and helpful. They have kept my 2017 Ridgeline and 2011 MDX running to the moon (and headed back). They field my questions and give sensible answers on how to keep my vehicles running well. Honestly, when I consider buying a new or used car for my daughters, I bias towards Honda / Acura because I have Acura Honda Connection to service them. And unfortunately many dealers are not honest or crazily over-priced.”

After waiting in line for quite some time (this has happened to us various times, it is worth the wait but it won't be quick. If you're super hungry or in a hurry go someplace else). The food and the atmosphere both feel very fresh and authentic. We were seated at the bar so we got to see the chef prepare our meal. We appreciated the care and craftsmanship that they put into our meal. We will return soon.”

“Zays Auto Detailing is amazing. He was able to schedule me in on very short notice and assisted me with getting my fathers car cleaned. I have no idea how he was able to get some of the stains out that had been embedded forever. The car looks absolutely wonderful and smells super clean. I didn't want to embarrass my dad, so I didn't take many before and after photos, but I am certain Zay will post the ones he took. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment with this young businessman. He provided top-notch service and kept me well informed. The car looks spectacular inside and out.”
