Avis car rental

Hello, Simply Me Riz! I have been a loyal custom for many years and Avis has helped me numerous times in a need of a car. December of last month, I was trying to rent a car online at my favorite location 2895 El Camino Real, but (the old place) was permanently closed. I had to drive to confirm and yes they have either closed or moved to the new location. There's a reason why I always come to that particular Avis location. To make a long story short, 3 weeks later, I came across another Avis location at Lafayette Street and I found out the Avis old location moved to this new location. The Avis Car Rental place is across from Home Depot in Santa Clara. I was thrilled and happy to see the customer representative name Umesh again. This is the reason why I kept coming back to the old Avis location, because Umesh is the kind of person that would listen and understand the customer's need without compromising his work ethics' value. Umesh works with the customer to explain things in details about your reservation that you may not understand, and go the distance to make the customer's feel that he or she is at the right Avis location to rent a car. I've been going to the old location for more than 5 years. Now that I found the customer rep again who has been helping me all this time. I have modified and set my favorite Avis Rental location on the google app. I would recommend to everyone the new Avis location and look for Umesh. There are more car options to pick from and reasonable price rates as well. Always check your email for discounts if you have subscribed to the Avis mail promotions. This place is the best!! The people I interacted with are all super nice and all super relaxed and easy to talk to. They also very generously allowed me to spend over an hour in their lobby fixing my bike! Also I was in and out of the rental super fast, super efficient and great service. Thanks!

Caleb made the whole experience seamless! I appreciate that he was very chill and professional at the same time. He was knowledgeable and didn’t try to bombard me with or sneak in add ons/extras that I didn’t ask for nor need. I was there maybe 5 minutes at most at the front desk and then off the lot in my ride. Which was a free upgrade since they didn’t have any economy cars available. Win win for me. He pulled up my reservation and I paid exactly what I saw on my reservation when I had made it, no surprise fees and extras afterwards. The guy was nice, it was really busy. Great deal on truck rental. They will rent to you using debit card but they really don't want to.

Very friendly and prompt service. Umash was very efficient and gave me the best rates best for ME. I highly recommend this place!
