Saratoga Quarry Park

The hiking trails are steep and the views are unparalleled. There are many isolated picnic tables scattered about. A lot more than parking spaces so if you've parked you can find one. Nice clean bathrooms. Some of the trails with steep sides have tall berms so there are safe for children but you can't look away too long. The size of the park is small but you can find 400 ft vertical elevation on well groomed trails. I walked. or climbed about 1 mile.

Wow what a pleasure it is to be in that area. It's soo expensive at the only convenience store. Make sure you bring your own everything or prepare to pay out the nose. Even to camp it's outrageous. Beautiful still the same.

Good trials, the picnic area is ok, clean bathrooms and plenty of parking

There isn't much parking and if you aren't looking for the park you'll miss it. For those that find it, it's a beautiful nature preserve great for hiking and biking. There are no dogs allowed. Great hidden gem in the bay area.
