Stanford Stadium

Great place to watch a football game. Food there not so good. You can get some good food in the shopping center across the street. Stadium is so much better now than it was before renovation.

Beautiful facility, great family night... And I'm not even a fan of football. Everything was very clean and well organized. Very highly recommended but not at the expense of other Stanford sports, which the university can definitely afford. Shame on Stanford for trying to cut sports during pandemic before adding $10+ billion to endowment.

Loved that everyone there was required to show COVID vaccine or negative test. Made me feel little safer. Game was great bands were amazing

Stanford Stadium is an outdoor athletic stadium in Stanford, California, on the campus of Stanford University. It is the home of the Stanford Cardinal college football team as well as the site of the university's commencement exercises. It opened in 1921 as a football and track and field stadium, an earthen horseshoe with wooden bleacher seating and flooring upon a steel frame. Its original seating capacity was 60,000, which grew to 89,000 by 1927 as a nearly enclosed bowl. Immediately following the 2005 season, the stadium was demolished and rebuilt as a dual-deck concrete structure, without a track. Today, it seats 50,424.
