“I came in to trade in an old phone and make an upgrade and had such a great experience. Yeah there was a bit of a wait time but that's what I expected, especially since apple just released their new phones a lot of people were going in to upgrade. The staff acknowledges you right as you enter the door and tries to keep things moving in a timely manner. I was helped by several employees, one I believe his name is Joseph. All were so great and patient with me. I ended up going back a few times and each time was a great experience!”

“Hubby and i bought a car from here about 2 years ago or less. We got a 2003 ford explorer. When we got it , the first week it had been having problems and they said they would fix it but never did. The mechanic was never in lol , but they later tried to work with us but the problem went away , thankfully. They are very nice. We had some problems financing it (we are still paying for it) and they are really great, helpful and patient with us. They work with us which is amazing because most dealers wont , they will just repo right awaybut they wont. I am so thankful for this dealer:)”

“I’m a little confused by the poor reviews (and trying to comprehend the writer’s complaints was difficult). My experience was, although not perfect, very positive with these guys. Ordered a Jeep Wrangler and it was delivered in 2 days. The detailing wasn’t the best, but they credited me a detail and the same went for a window chip. The main outstanding issue is scratching along the side which wasn’t very visible online. However, the guys at the San Jose office pointed that out and we are discussing my options (I do have 7 days to return- no questions asked). I would take Carnava over a dealership any day of the week, even if they aren’t perfect- it’s an efficient and easy business model.”
