We take advantage of the practice classes and being able to go 2x a week for the price is really a great investment for our little one. “I can't say enough good things about the team at Competitive Edge. The entire team is so nice. I had the opportunity to work with both Kevin and Matt. I will say that I'm partial to Matt, only because I got to work with him more. Our one-on-one sessions were always helpful and positive. Both Matt and Kevin gave great exercises that actually work. They're are very easy to talk too, and they listen to you. They work with the shape that you're in, and I never felt judged because I am not an athlete. I wish I could go to them weekly, which is not feasible for me at the present moment. But if I could, I would be there on a weekly basis, in a heartbeat.”

“A relaxed atmosphere with plenty of machines and exercise areas. My only critique is there isn't a designated place for stretching and/or yoga so if one wants or need to stretch, they have to lay a mat down pretty much any where they can find a spot. Having a designated room for this kind of thing would be really nice.”
