“This facility has some of the better prices in the area and a variety of different storage size options. The grounds and units are very clean and fairly new (no cracks in the cement or dents in the walls). Note that there are no lights in the units. Very secure as each unit has a motion detector which will alert the office if someone opens your unit without having entered your code to get into the facility. Extremely personable and friendly owners, highly recommended.”

“yesterday I had a long drive from Los Angeles to San Jose. Unfortunately, I was running late and was worried that I would not make it in on time. However, Michelle (front desk rep) was wonderful and ensured me that she will way for me for 15 minutes after 5:30pm to ensure that I get my unit that day. All other storage unit locations were quick to tell me that they can not help and Michelle did help. I went in and she answered all of my questions and gave me additional information that is important. Over all she was very pleasant and showed that she cares for her customers. As for the unit, I got a 5x 10 and stored my belongings for a studio apartment. Everything fit in there very well. My bolt recommendation is that you buy moisture control for the unit so your things don’t get moist and stinky (they sell it on property). I unfortunately did not purchase it and went into the unit feeling the moisture. The associate will try to sell it to you on the spot so it would be something to consider. HAPPY STORING!”
