She really quickly understood my style and was able to pull dresses I never thought of to try on. She also understood my venue and encouraged me to avoid certain styles (my venue is outside in the redwood trees and she suggested no tule to avoid branches/pine needles getting caught in the train). She also was a wonderful voice, hyping me up for the dresses that looked really nice on me. As well as quickly suggesting we move on when she could tell I didn't like a dress. I also tried on a variety of accessories. While I didn't pick THE dress, we did narrow it down to my top three. And, I did land on a veil!”

“They delivered our furniture during the time range they stated they would. Tracking the shipment was a little tricky. First it said it would arrive on the 19th, then 20th, then 21st and eventually it arrived on the 19th, but that was to the warehouse. Then I had to reach out to them to schedule a delivery, but first the furniture had to be transferred to their home delivery branch. The nice thing was when I did eventually connect with the home delivery team, they let me know it was being prepared for a delivery the next day and the delivery time was provided. One of the boxes had damage, but it looks like it didn’t affect the merchandise.”
