“I have a 2012 Mercedes SL 350 convertible where the top was not closing properly leading air and water to leak in. Took it to The dealership on stevens Creek where they took 4 days, $300 to diagnose the problem and suggested a $6K replacement of the convertible top. I found Cupertino Mercedes on google and took the car there. They diagnosed the problem as a wearing out of glue of the two panels of the convertible top and charged me for 15 minutes of their time (not a full hour), and suggested a place that would glue the panels together. I took the car to an appropriate shop who took apart the panels, glued them back and charged me $450. I can't say enough about Nicole and Pearson for their competence, professionalism, and integrity and transparency through out the interactions. If I ever have a problem with any car, I would first go to Cupertino Mercedes (hoping if the car is not a mercedes, they will still look at it :)”

“Service was good when present. We sat outside. Hands down the best corn tortillas I've had in my life, to this day, but I might have been expecting less from masa as an East coaster. They were fresh, soft, and thick. I had the Huevos Rancheros and a steak taco. Rancheros sauce was flavorful. Taco was perfect for my expectation of $3.”

“Cindy is a VERY helpful landlord. Had the pleasure of leasing a home from her from 2017 to 2020. The home was great, very well maintained and Cindy was always on top of making sure seasonal maintenance was taken care of. Thanks for being such a welcoming landlord and always being there for us, especially during 2020.”

“Expansive building and massive book collection, lower lighting on the upper stories. Available to the public with signing in at kiosk, presenting ID, answering questions that you just filled out about yourself, and being printed out a day pass. Upon exit they will want to look inside your bag. The more modern furniture is on the main floor and that gets pretty full at certain times of day. The second floor has the lovely Lane Humanities study room and the windows and long wooden tables give it a classical feeling, just avoid the couple of very creaky wooden chairs and spare yourself the embarrassment. On the 3rd floor are the more general book collections and is currently partially under construction. There are work and study desks along the walls, furniture is like stepping back into the 90s. The loveliest room is the Bender reading room on the 5th floor. All in all, descent spot to study. Uni wifi, bathrooms on each floor, but you do have to have an ID and you'd think the university could afford some updated furniture.”

“I just moved to the area from out town with minimal dimension and huge blocks of color that did not match prior and recent root touch ups. Taylor touched up my roots wifi a color to blend my natural hair and the prior color and added highlights to create beautiful dimension without major stripping to improve on my prior style. My most recent visit to Taylor she worked with me to create a look of our own that I felt comfortable in and that I could feel myself in as opposed to my prior stylist's design. Taylor is kind and funny and really cares about her clients and her stylists. Both visits have felt like I'm catching up with an old friend.”

“We trust JP Moridi 100%. We had been in the market with a different realtor for 4 months before we met JP. JP got us our home bid accepted within 5 days of meeting him. Two years later, we were ready for our second home and JP found us a house off market in the coveted Birdland neighbourhood of Sunnyvale. Even though he knew that we wanted to buy the house even at a high price, he negotiated down the price for us by 100K!!! Since then we've referred JP to over 10 of our close friends and JP has helped all of them successfully. A large percentage of those referrals got their first bids accepted which is so rare in this area. JP has become family to us over time.”

“I love trying creative flavors and combinations of flavors! My friend recommended this Boba place to me when I told them I enjoy green Thai tea. It had Jasmine and other things so it had a nice bright floral element to it. The color leaves a little bit to be desired but at least it tasted really good ;-) good quality ingredients for sure! Pretty conveniently located as well!”

“I found this barber shop with a recommendation of a good friend. There is an app of theis shop which shows the line in each store. I’ve waited approximately 50 minutes to get a beard trim on Monday during working hours. I paid 25$ for a beard trim, head masagge, warm towel, and a hair shower. It is definitely worth the price and is actually way affordable than many other places. Can’t wait to get a haircut as well🙌”
