But what prompted me to write this review was the phenomenal customer service from David on my most recent trip. I had a goal to learn more about French wine growing regions and wanted to assemble a case within a target budget to help with that goal. Despite the store being busy with multiple tasting events, David enthusiastically leaped up to help with our activity. The thought he put into each recommendation, the explanations he gave of what and why, and how well he met the objective and budget exceeded any expectations I had going in. “The laundromat is always very clean. I like going there because it is usually not very crowded. If it is crowded, you don’t usually have to wait a long time, either, Plus, the nice women working there, do make a difference, because they actually do care. That is one of the best parts, that also makes me want to come there. If there was ever a problem with anything about a washer or a dryer as well the money I put in a machine, it was always taken care of promptly, by one of the nice women there. The owner is very responsive, too.”
