“Since it's going to be a dragon year, I thought to celebrate it in the traditional way. Reservation highly recommended. I came here with my friend and ordered on the phone and a robot came and delivered the food for us on our table. Fully automated experience was interesting. The robot in a very cute, speaking in kids voice in Mandarin. The atmosphere is very traditional northern Chinese. It was nice, not too crowded at least when we reached here at noon. Since everything is managed by a robot you don't have to give any tips . Though if you need anything there are people who will come to you. I really enjoyed the authentic peking duck, with spring onion, cucumber and sweet bean sauce with thin crepes rolled around the fillings - the whole duck comes in two plates, condiments and soup. 12 pieces of crepes which isn't going to be enough so we ordered another plate. Then napa cabbage with vinegar, duck soup, little lamb skewers, and sweet bread for dessert. While we were dining they served soup dumplings on the house, which was a very nice gesture. Overall, I enjoyed the whole experience. You got to know the dishes and for that you need to have a friend who is actually from China. It is an expensive one if you order peking duck. My first time here and would love to try their other dishes too.”

“The Rose Garden is a lovely elderly care home run by an amazing young woman named Ting, and her therapy-dog sidekick, Wolfie. The home is light and bright, with clean, comfortable rooms for the residents and lots of extra community space and amenities for family and other visitors. Though the actual home is great, it's the wide range of care available that really impressed me - hospice care, dementia, cancer, and stroke care are offered. There is a generous ratio of caregivers to residents which is very attractive when looking for focused and personalized care for a loved one. If you are looking for this kind of care for your family member, you may want to check it out.”

“Dr Millman is the reason my husband and I are parents. She greatly helped get my body back into sync so that I could conceive. My fertility doctors said I had a 5% chance of getting pregnant. Not only did I get pregnant but I did it in 6 months and with one Fallopian tube, i found out one tube was blocked. She has also helped me with my Rheumatoid arthritis which is now nothing compared to what it was when I was diagnosed. Recently I've had lots of digestive issues and we are working on resolving them. Please see her if western medicine has failed you, which in my opinion only offers band aids and not interested in getting to root cause. I highly recommend her and she's also so very kind.”

Our relationship with Action Day Primary Plus started at the El Quito campus when our LO went there for pre-school. Primary Plus Elementary School is THE place for us. From small class sizes, Spanish and music once a week plus all the other great after school programs, we would not want to be anywhere else. The staff and teachers care about our child and the education she is getting. Also the parent TEAM is wonderful! Made of parent and staff volunteers, they work together to strengthen the community by planning great events and enhance the learning for our students. Go TEAM!”

“My mother started in the assisted living area of Ivy Park. The facility is bright and clean (with lots of communal areas where residents can meet), the apartments are very nice (roomy with accessible bathrooms that are bigger than mine!), and there are a lot of activities and excursions planned for the residents. The staff was helpful and friendly and made sure my introverted mother got down to the lunch room to eat and even socialize a bit. (The food is great, btw.) Most important, my mom was able to have her beloved cat with her. This arrangement worked well until my mother’s dementia got worse, so I was able to move her to the memory care section of the facility. There are only a small number of residents on this side, so the staff can devote more time to each one. As my mom's needs grew, the facility was able to increase their level of care. The staff members were so patient, especially when my mom was being particularly difficult. I'd like to especially thank Christine, Patrick, and Stephanie for their kindness to both my mother and me. And my mom was still able to have her cat with her, which I think really helped as the cat was one of the last things she could remember. My mother has since passed, but I'm still so grateful that I chose a facility that made a difficult situation bearable for both me and my mother. Ivy Park ticked all the boxes for me: - Mom was in a caring, safe environment - She was made as comfortable and stress-free as possible, considering her illness - The staff was patient and kind - The facility was able to meet changing level of care from independent living all the way to hospice. Thanks again to Ivy Park for all the support.”

“Edit: My dad recently went back and, according to him, received excellent service. He was also asked by the Dr. to change the star rating I gave. I'm still skeptical because it has only been a few weeks since the incident, but I'll change the star rating from 1 to 5. If my dad receives any bad treatment again, I will change it back though. Dr. Bella is a wonderful doctor who treats her patients with the utmost importance and respect. My father has been coming for his therapy sessions. However, her receptionist, Maria, is a vulgar woman. Most of the people who come here are Latino, so we all understand when she curses in Spanish. That vulgar woman needs to get fired. She yells at the clients, insults them, and even curses. I went with my dad to one of his sessions to help translate. We were one of the first ones there and when they asked who was there for therapy, we were brought inside to a room. After, we decided to talk to Dr. Bella about a document that came in the mail. Maria was livid and yelled at both Dr. Bella and my father about taking too long. I got mad and stood up for my dad and decided to complain about her unprofessional service. She told me to shut up and that I didnt have a say because I wasnt a client. She even cursed. I tried my hardest not to curse and told her that she shouldn't yell or mistreat the clients who come to get help. Even Dr. Bella told her to treat us with respect. Maria is absolutely vulgar. She banned me for standing up to her. We made a seen in front of others and it made me sad that none of the other adults, who I know have also complained about her, backed me up. Needless to say, Maria truly is an awful lady. I'm very sorry for Dr. Bella and the other kind assistant. They were the ones who told me to stand up to Maria. It's just so sad. When I asked Dr. Bella if she has thought of firing Maria, she just nodded her head no and said, "I can't ." This further concerned me. My biggest regret/ mistake is not filming that lady while she yelled and mistreated us.”
