Anyways, food consistency is maintained by this place so it was not total shocker. Their filter coffee was great and would visit this place again just for that. “I built a 32 Chevy and from the ground up and it is a hot rod, which means one of a kind build. I have known Mike for many years and he has done work for my friends and myself on the factory built cars, corvettes, etc. I had a challenge for Mike and staff and that was to figure out why my rod engine was missing and a few other concerns, remember it is one of a kind hand built with no reference manuals. Mike and crew dug into it and made it run better than my new care. Engine runs great, cooling system fixed and a lot of great tips on how to make the car even better. “For hot pot, it's pretty good. You really need the sauces for this because even though the soups are very tasty, because the food is essentially just boiled and doesn't soak it in such a short time. Seafood combo comes with a large platter of veggies. But the best meat is the fatty Kobe beef. It cools in about 30 seconds and is tender and buttery. We had the mushroom soup and the pork bone broth soup. Very good. Also comes with soft serve ice cream dessert.”
