“Dr. Kim is a really a great doctor I’ve ever met. She is very professional to check my eyes with conjunctiva concretion, and very patient to explain clearly to a foreigner with English my second language. I use the sample Dr. Kim gave me after home, and my eyes relief right away. Before that, I’ve tried some eye drops but no help at all. I really recommend Dr. Kim, and we whole family will go back to her to check eyes as needed. We are so lucky to have her for our first eyes check up in United States. 🙏❤️💐👍”

“Kitchen last call is 11pm though the gg maps say it’s open till 00:30. This place is at a corner in a big plaza so it’s little bit scary to come at midnight when it’s all empty outside. It was pretty dark inside. Food was pretty great though. We ordered fried rice noodles, corn cheese, and pork belly fried rice. All taste good :) would try more dishes if coming with a larger group next time.”

“Rendition of Our Bridgford Construction Accessory Dwelling Unit  Bridgford Construction helped put together our project submittal package within a 5-week deadline (this was due to a upcoming change in local regulations). This included all necessary information from their designer, draftsman, structural engineer, geologist, soils engineer, Water Department, Fire Department, Sewer Department, Grading and Drainage. Unless you have been through this process, you could not know what an unbelievable task this was under this timeline. Bridgford Construction was our hero! The Planning Department employees, that helped initiate the process, actually gave us high fives when we handed in the permit application! After we started construction we also worked with Bridgford Construction’s in-house designer, Stephanie, who helped us achieve our vision of the house. The construction timeline from start of construction to finish was less than a year. We have been extremely pleased with the high standard of work performed and the work ethic of all their employees and subcontractors. They kept the job site safe and took extra measures to ensure their work impacted our neighbors as little as possible. I could not say enough about our positive experience with them. We literally would not have our new house without them! They are local and family-owned. They do an incredible job. AND, they CARE!”

“UPDATE: a school is only as good as its teachers; administration and philosophy can only take things so far of course. Emerson had two great teachers, but for whatever reason it did not re-contract with its upper elementary teacher this year. She was heading towards a decade at Emerson, universally loved by students and parents alike; a high performer, who's students transitioned into middle school effortlessly. Whatever the reason it can't be a good one, and as such I have become hesitant to recommend Emerson. The rest of my review below still applies if they can replace this star and address the administrative woes that led to her loss. Imagine a school in session the same number of days you work, and for 9 hours each day so you can drop off and pick up your child outside of work hours. And no more stringing together camps and vacations to cover school breaks designed to allow farm children time to work the harvests because the school only closes for legal holidays. Now imagine your child wants to be in school that long, and doesn't miss the breaks. Why? Perhaps they appreciate no homework, the same way you like to leave work at work. Or they don't realize the length of the day because its filled with a full curriculum, including art, music, P.E., two languages, sciences, history, and of course the core subjects. They also likely appreciate being able to advance in the core subjects at their own pace. Second grade math, fourth grade reading; wherever your child is and however they progress, Emerson's teachers will help your child learn. And progressing at their own pace means there is nothing to fall out of step with, so you take vacations whenever and for however long you want. The only thing left to wonder is why all schools are not like Emerson. ”

“I first started seeking treatment at Southbay Physical Therapy in early 2019 for upper and lower arm pain and again this year (2021) for another unrelated injury. My mother had also sought treatment here in the past and was very pleased with the results. The staff is very knowledgeable in providing treatment and accommodating when it comes to scheduling. The therapists and assistants take their time with each patient, extremely friendly, and have a great sense of humor! Especially Dr. Andrew. “One of the best car dealership experiences I've had so far. I was interested in the 2012 Mercedes E63 AMG which was a lovely car and very well maintained, exactly as advertised on the website. Was offered a test drive and even an extended warranty from a reputed company. Aaron was my point of contact and I loved his no-pressure, patient and friendly approach towards the sale opportunity. I did not end up finalizing the purchase but that is only because of personal preferences i.e. wanted ADAS features more common in newer cars. Despite that, I wanted to acknowledge a good experience when I had it because I contacted 30+ dealerships during my car search and SVAS stood out so I would definitely recommend them to others, particularly those looking for a good car-buying experience.”

“Amazing new upscale hotel. Exactly what the area needed. Staff was extremely helpful. Great outside area for all ages. There are several quiet nook areas in the hotel were you can work, read, play chess/checkers or just relax. Our room had an area with floor to ceiling mirror and small workout area with weights, large screen TV, desk, plush linens on a very comfortable bed. Bathroom was spa like. The hotel has a large banquet room and a very accommodating staff that listened to our suggestions and needs, and went over everything step-by-step. We had nearly 200 very happy people in attendance, many of which stayed the night and were equally as impressed by their level of comfort and service at this hotel.”

“Used the drive through at this location for dinner at 8pm. The line moved quickly, food was fresh and made quickly, staff was very feiendly and efficient. The true test of a McDonald's for me is the fries and this location was a 10/10. Fries were perfectly cooked (crispy on the outside, slightly soft inside). The fries were perfectly salted. Overstating is common and this location did not make that mistake. Most importantly, the oil used to cook the fries was fresh. I'd recommend this location based on the fries alone.”
