“My family is very happy with the excellent service and help Daniel and Anny provided on selling a condo in the Bay Area. We were moving to the other side of the country so we only met them once but we had no problem communicating with Daniel via email - he always promptly responded to our emails whenever we had any questions or concerns. He always explained everything clearly and made it so easy to go through all the paper works using a software so we could read and sign them remotely. Daniel and Anny also personally did the final walk-through with the tenant who had been renting (even helped her collecting her mails after she moved out), hired a good inspector whom we could trust, recommended what to fix and what to leave for the buyer after inspection, hired a repairman for us, and oversaw the repair process for us. Daniel informed us how the open house went after each day (had the open house for two days) and suggested when to set the offer deadline (which we followed). He checked on us after escrow was open to see if everything was going well and answered all the questions we had. Overall we feel that Daniel and Anny went above and beyond to help us in the whole process and we are more than happy with the outcome. We highly recommend Daniel and Anny!”
