“Honestly I don't know what THIS LOCATION is doing different to make THEIR food taste SOOOO much BETTER BUT THEY NEED TO KEEP DOING IT because I have eaten at several different locations but me and all of my party were taken aback at how much better their food tastes and even looks! They must be using all fresh vegetables and ingredients I guess and cooking it to perfection! The service was great too! “Good food, the sourdough bread is fresh tasty and soft not chewy from being old. The Italian was very flavorful, but what was surprising to me was how good the reasonably priced lemon white chocolate cookie was. I eat it before I realized that a picture had not been taken. Unfortunately is the space next to it is not open so I did not notice it had opened yet. Lunch service was brisk and fairly quick, don't know about the evening rush. Someone must have read the reviews about the poor customer service, it was very good today. Manager or owner was going out of her way to be very helpful. Poor CS is a sign of the times, it is so hard to hire good willing to work and be nice employees now.”

“Went to dinner here with friend and was pleasantly surprised. Three of us had the Bento box specials. Chicken teriyaki was delicious, as were the potstickers. California roll was good and also came with greens. Very plain interior and you order at the counter. Located in a strip mall.”

“It's like eating in a family home. The lady who took our order was courteous and answered our questions with a smile and pride in her restaurant. She said her family eats there too, so they don't use lard and they even remove grease from their meat. The place is clean and boasts some impressive wood carvings: seats, mirror frames, moldings. The salsa is freshly made, chips fried in-house, beans are salted just enough and smooth textured, rice is light and flavorful, and the cheese is delicious. The veggie burrito comes with guacamole and the enchiladas are doused in sauce. We had a wonderful dinner.”

“I was in the Subway on North Texas in Fairfield CA. A lady game for her order. Both employees stated at the same time, "We have no pick-up orders". The lady shows her phone with the order. They both reply, we don't do that Grub Hub app or something sounding like that. The lady becomes upset. The staff handled that situation perfectly. They called the owner and while waiting for the owner to make contact they continued rendering service, while constantly apologizing. End result they were not connected to the app... The staff were "young" with very good rapport and service.”

“Not a bad place to eat and the food was good.. the chocolate frosty was awesome.. Not that I needed it. It was very clean throughout. Staff was pleasant and helpful with very little wait for ordering it getting my food afterward. The toys that can in kids meals were, well, fun for my kids. They had to build them before they could play with them and I even liked them. They were little cars of actual decent quality.. Exciting stuff!”
