“This is by far the best agency! The staff are so peaceful to be around. When there are concerns or issues I have had, the staff never failed to go above and beyond to resolve it! The staff are so patient and involved with the consumers, it’s heart warming. Family members have thanked the staff repeatedly for taking such good care of their family members. The staff there are always keeping the consumers in the spirit. They would decorate the homes to help the consumers participate in fun holidays. Heaven Scent demonstrates the definition of leadership and consistency. The staff there have great work ethics and it shows. Before coming to this agency, several consumers were having several behavioral issues and medical clients were not doing as well as they are now. Heaven Scent has hired a great team to come in and work with the behavioral consumers. Building great relationships with them. Reassuring that they are in great hands. With the medical consumers, the staff have been very consistent making sure the consumers are well taken care of. “Somebody wrote about a Baskin Robbins on Commerce? This isn't Commerce. This is Calistoga and Highway 12. They shuffle their staff often (letting the local kids get some experience), and every single staff member I've ever contacted (over more than 10 years of intense ice cream eating activity) has been lovely here. They let me try the different flavors (new and whatever I'm craving), they let me buy their ice cream cakes (which feel pricey but taste worth it), and they have a constantly changing selection. I remember the dollar tuesdays and the mango tango (or whatever you called that beautiful drink) and the glory years. Okay so I'm not quite that old yet (working on it), but this place is great. It's ice cream, so it's hard to mess it up, but I am personally offended, having never worked here and only been a patron getting fat off ice cream, that somebody didn't like the service...of the wrong place lol. This place is fine. Go in and say hi. You'll see.”

“Wendy and her family have provided a nurturing and loving environment for our son from the age of 12 months to 5 1/2. As our son heads off to kindergarten in the next couple of weeks, we will miss seeing Wendy's bright smile when we drop him off and pick him up at her beautiful home. In the 4+ years our son has spent at Wendy's Playtime Daycare & Preschool she has not only provided a cheerful disposition, she has also diligently monitored and reported any incidences with the kids, good and bad. Her daycare provides healthy lunches and a safe backyard where the kids love to play.
