(June 10, 2020, 10:46 pm)So I'm from the greater LA area, and the carne asada here in the central valley is cheeks. You guys know how to make Chile Verde like no other, but the asada is laughable. EXCEPT for this place. My man behind the counter EASILY makes the best asada in the central valley. Me and my wife come here at least once a week and we've put a bunch of people on. Please go support this place.
