“Bummer. Called on Friday to confirm they were open Monday, and accepted walk ins, and a guy confirmed they were. We drove 10 miles and arrived Monday and the door was locked. Called to see if maybe they were just on lunch. The guy who answered sounded like the same guy, and he said no, they were closed Mondays. Their hours in their Google listing also says they're open Monday. Can't rely on a business location with inconsistent hours. That's ok. I'll go to Cienega MedSpa. ----------------- Update: I appreciate the response. Always enjoyed the West Hollywood location but it's very far from me now. I may be back by again soon in Thousand Oaks, and bringing some coworkers.”
