“I Love Coffee!! So driving to Santa Cruz and had a craving for coffee so yelped this place and seemed like great reviews. Decided to check it out. Parking out side was a breeze. Plenty of parking available. Walking in the store has a nice coffee smell. Everything in the shop looks clean and professional and organized. Felt like a homey coffee shop. There was a group of 7 of us and we all got our own special coffee. For the 7 of us the barista did a very fast and accurate job and even made foam prints on our lattes (unfortunately forgot to take a picture). I personally got the coconut syrup hot latte and my fiancé got the same thing but iced. The quality of the drink was acceptable. 1 small downside. Not sure if they don't provide it or if they just didn't have any when we were there but they didn't have any hot cup sleeves. When I asked she kindly offered a second cup which was nice. Overall expensive was definitely a 5 Star. And if I ever catch myself in this area again. Will be coming back”

“I’ve never been to this Starbucks before, and I really like the layout of the store. The drinks were good, there was plenty of room (never super duper crowded) and all the workers were very polite and friendly. First of all, let me start by saying this was just a minor inconvenience and it didn’t really effect my experience. When I was entering the Starbucks I couldn’t help noticing a bike sitting directly in front of the front entrance, blocking it so that one had to go around the side to enter the building. Not a huge problem, but just a heads-up that it may be most convenient to enter through the side entrance. The drinks were really good, but they accidentally added coffee to my friends drink. (Turns out its better with coffee, according to my friend). It takes a long time for your drink to come up, and the quality of my Frappuccino was a little less than other places I’ve gone to-nonetheless, it was still very good, and overall my experience was very pleasant. Nice people, not super crowded, pretty good drinks. Just be aware that this is in an area with many homeless people, so if that bothers you please pick a different location.”

However when I called they where extremely professional, not only did they replace my order, but they personally delivered it to my home when I explained my son was not feeling well and I just got home, and to top it all off they threw in 2 delicious chocolate chip cookies. I understand how it is working in the food industry, accidents happen, orders get mixed up etc. However what does matter is the way these situations are resolved and for that I give this team 5 stars. Whoever was working today between noon and 130pm deserves a paid day off for their excellent customer service. Even the person who took my order at the drive through, who was extra happy and gave off nothing but positive vibes .Thank you for being so understanding, and taking the time to give subperve customer service.”
