A double (shot) latte is stronger than the equivalent Starbucks drink, so head-to-head, I would choose Peet’s. The ability to get a free specialty coffee when ordering beans is a nice bonus. Parking in the strip mall parking is free and easy. It can get busy weekday mornings if the local bike club decides to take a stop there. If possible, order ahead on the mobile app. Four stars because now and again the egg and cheese sandwich was not fully cooked through. Be sure to check out the rear of the coffee shop for outdoor seating - there’s only one table out front and few tables inside. Overall this is a nice little neighborhood coffee bar with a laid back, friendly vibe.”

Right outside there's a fountain area with lots of chairs and in the same shopping center several places to eat.....Dwayne is one of The employees here who always does a great job and is very polite fast and efficient... Today I met Billy and Kelly and They were also great and provided fast service.... Highly recommended 5 stars”

“Marlo and Felicia are amazing! I found this apartment building located near the Meadows Race Track and Casino after doing an on line search. We were moving from North Carolina to Washington County and all of the arrangements were handled via emails and phone calls. Move in day went seamlessly. The facility is fairly new, clean, well monitored, and state of the art when it comes to mail delivery, trash disposal, pet friendly DNA testing, and secure digital entry for visitors into the apartment of this multi-use facility. Window blinds are included, and this one bedroom unit has two walls of floor to ceiling windows in the living room area. Retail shops on the street level make some services convenient and the location to I-79, I-70, Route 19 is only seconds away. It is a very quiet building, can't hear any noise from either side apartment, nor from the apartment above. Also, when walking down the hall, there is no noise coming from inside the apartments, nor any odors coming from the kitchens that are located right inside the front door. The leasing office is on the premise and staffed during working hours daily. Don't hesitate!!”
