“There was no pressure at all. My wife and I walked onto the lot and was greeted by a salesman. He asked what we were looking for and I told him. We walked out to the trucks and he proceeded on opening one up and answered all my questions. We took it for a test drive around the block and came back to the dealership where we were turned over to James where he then went over more features. We made a deal, and the paper work began. I drove the truck home and came back the next day to go through the truck with Chuck. He went over the entire truck with me, answering every question I had. When I left, I felt very confident I could operate my new truck very comfortably. From the customer’s perspective appointment means the time at which the service provider is obliged to begin the servicing of the car. I would suggest Maxwell Ford try looking at issues more from the customer’s perspective. And give Jackie a raise. She was excellent at working out a prompt start and finish of the work on my truck.”

“This is by far the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership before. From the moment I pulled up, I was greeted and they took the information from my car to have it serviced. Maya the service advisor was super kind and energetic, and she was very professional when it comes to helping me get service for my car. The dealership was clean, and I felt that me and my car were well taken care of. Maya handled everything and she even gave me excellent suggestions of places to go eat while I waited for my car to get an oil change. She gave me a reasonable quote time and my car was even finished sooner than expected! And when I got my car, it was cleaner than when I brought it in, which was a huge plus since it was full of bugs from my long drives. When it came time to pay, Maya went over everything, and told me about other services that my car would eventually need, but she didn't seem pushy to try to sell me the service. She seemed very genuine and I knew she wasn't your typical "sleazy salesman" to try to get me to spend more money. Overall, Maya is the best service advisor I have ever met, and my whole experience from the beginning to the end was excellent. I will definitely be coming back and recommending all of my friends and family to go to this dealership.”
