“I have a 2012 Nissan Altima that had two broken tail lights (one was falling off completely), and a busted up bumper. Needless to say, the car has been through a lot. The car is a bit older, and I didn't have to spend a lot to exceed the value of the car. I was merely looking to make it street legal again. Robert helped me out and was super friendly. He knew I didn't want to spend a lot, and offered to find non-factory parts to reduce the cost. That was fine with me and what I wanted. If I wanted a new car, I would have traded it in or sold it and bought another. They ended up replacing the bumper and both tail lights with components that look brand new. The car hasn't looked this good in years! To top it all off, the price was extremely reasonable at $1,000. I was expecting a much steeper price. Lastly, they got all the work done in a day! Amazing! We had to stop in Newcastle and found Newcastle Auto Tech which was a blessing. John was very honest about what needed to be done to fix our truck. “Joe is so booked up I almost hate to tell people about him, but he is Good! He loves to fix auto seats so they're better than new. His is a one-person shop. (Joe bought the business from Bill, thus the shop's name.) It's hard, physical work but he paces himself. My sense is that he's been fixing seats for a long time. He's obviously experienced and very knowledgeable. He does return phone calls. He's soft spoken, layed back, and quits early. Part of me thinks he knows his physical limitations, and part of me thinks he has a good work/life balance.”

“For the last few years I had been saving money for a Mercedes S550 or Audi A8. I had heard of the Genesis brand but had not considered it seriously. I called Genesis of Irvine to ask if they had any certified used G90s. They had one. Spoke to a gentleman named Omar Younis. Omar sent me pictures of the car ad explained the car's features. Living in Canoga Park, the dealership is 67 miles from my home. My wife and I drove down the next day to look at the car. Omar met us and let me test drive the car. Then we sat and discussed the cost and maintenance. Not only was the dealership a beautiful facility, everyone there was extremely friendly and professional. Omar was the perfect salesman for me but I am very critical with issues related to customer service. The car sold me when I drove, but Omar's demenour and support made the deal.I also have to give credit to Rami, the sales manger. “Frank is frank! He gave me a list of my newly purchased used car ( I wish I asked him for the check before buying it.) all issues he said did happen. I asked him at the time to only work on the most pressing issues. As the bill was too much (and I thought he was exaggerating to be honest) he wasn’t. 6 months later it happened the issues he was referring to. I bought it to another cheaper mechanic who created another issue by using cheap parts and oil..
