“Overall good job. However, they didn’t do one of the smaller rear windows properly first time around so had to convince them to redo it and the re-doing took an extra half hour of waiting. (Always check your vehicle properly around the edges when its done). Also, they didn’t mention that there was going to be a service fee of 3.5% if one uses a credit card - Basically they pass on the credit card company’s service fee (to them) forward to the customer. (I wasn’t informed ahead of time, so didn’t get cash and had to pay extra.) Otherwise I’d say price is fair. The front desk guy was quite polite and friendly. That was a plus.”

Only complaint would be that recently, the checkin process is a bit slow and disorganized, with no clear indication of where customers should wait, and order of selection is left to “Who’s next” at times. Expect check-in to take 30-40 minutes. Used not to be an issue, so likely when things come out of Covid to normal, hopefully that self-corrects. But otherwise, quality service and good communication.”

Mr. Nazarian kept me informed and they found the problem immediately which I was very surprised since I took my vehicle 2 times to the dealer where I purchased it and I paid extra warranty for nothing, I knew something was wrong with my car and the specialists at Caruso found it and fixed thank God, since it was dangerous to drive in those conditions. Very very good with customers, (since I work with public for over 30 years) Mr. Arvin Nazarian. A young man with a beard in the service department (sorry I didn't get his name) also a Hispanic man who cleaned my vehicle and made sure I knew it was going to take a few minutes and where to wait before bringing it to me. “Experience at the shop was top notch. David was so very friendly and helpful. Even when I forgot an item in my car and had to come back at closing time to retrieve it. He never made it feel like an inconvenience. The shop gives great updates via text and phone calls to let you know about progress. Mike was so very kind and helpful too. When my car was retrieved it look brand new. They described in detail what was done in terms of repairs. While I am definitely not a car person they still took the time to explain everything that was being down to the car. They really went above and beyond.”
