“Great customer service, they had just what I needed. While running a bunch of errands today I stopped at Buchanan’s Spoke and Rim to pick up some spokes for my motorcycle. While Ken went in the back to find the right spokes an old guy came out of his office. He walked up to the counter and asked if I had been helped yet. I said yes, thanks. He said “good that way I won’t screw things up”. I asked if he was the original owner. He said yes. He asked “what do you call an alligator wearing a vest?” “An investigator” Just then Ken came back with my spokes and asked the old guy if he was leaving. The old guy said yes. Ken gave him a hug and said “I love you Dad, I’ll see you tomorrow”. I asked Ken if his Dad came in every day. He said yes but sometimes he misses Mondays. I asked how old he was. 93 was his reply.
