I am also a low income pt. and yes she is very helpful with discounts, but please people lets be realistic we got to pay for the services rendered her office does not have a sign that says charity plus it wouldn't be fair if she didn't charge for her services. Her prices are extremely lower compared to other offices. This office does not have a pt. wait for weeks on an appointment. People before you badmouth please wait and think how the dentist has helped you. If you went to a root canal specialist you would be paying at least $1500. Dr. Tran is always willing to help the patients.”

“I have had dr. Hong as my dentist for about a year. I needed a mouth guard so he made one for me. The mouth guard from the factory initially fit my teeth poorly, causing a lot of pain and discomfort. Dr hong spent a half an hour grinding and readjusting it to the point that the mouth guard he made was the most comfortable one that I have had. The fact that he spent that much time to adjust my mouth guard showed his patience, precision. It also says that he cares about his patients. And more, he did not even charge me copay. I have recommended dr hong to all of my family members and they love him. His office is super clean and modern and his staff r very nice and welcoming. I give him nothing less than 5 stars.”

They took care of me when I had wisdom teeth problems, took care of my fillings with no problems, and help keep me up to date with regular cleanings. They give clear instructions on how to take care of your teeth (FLOSS EVERYDAY!!), and they handle my insurance easily. “I saw Dr. Hsu for an emergency new patient appointment after chipping 2 teeth. I'm between insurances at the moment, and the out of pocket cost was less than I expected. A few weeks after the fix, one of the filled areas came apart. Most practices would have just charged me again or sent me on my way; Dr. Hsu fixed it later that week- without extra charges. The front desk was extremely helpful laying out costs while I was between plans. I'm planning on coming back for routine care next year after all my great experiences so far!”

“My 9yr old gets treated here. We drive about hour ¹/² , her experience so far have been great. The front office has always accommodate us, the dentist and orthodontist have always been considerate of my child's comfort, understanding and needs. We have insurance and for the most part we pay very little out of pocket. My kid needs braces, we are trying to avoid some sever advasive procedures. The front office explained to us that my insurance covers one section at a time so we have been working together to make sure we get the best treatment plan out of it. We are know on stage 2 of her braces, my kid is doing such a great job taking care of her teeth. The staff always let her know how proud they are of her. Thank you staff for giving my kid a happier experience then the one I had of dentist. 🙏🙂😉💯💗👍”
