Dr. Silver, Jojette and her team are very professional, friendly, courteous and caring. I am a complicated patient but Dr. Silver is very patient to me. I'm an Asian and some dental words I'm not familiar with made me confused. She explained all my questions very patiently, this made me totally understand what kind of treatment was needed. Her office is also equipped with modern technology such as x-ray machines that instantly transmit the digital files onto a large TV screen in the room so that no detail is missed during examination. “I was concerned, at first, when I read the bad review on Dr Narodovich, but my wife made an appointment for me and I decided to go ahead and keep it. I didn't have the experience the only other reviewer posted about.Quite the opposite; I had a great experience. I talked to Dr Mike regarding a surgical post needed for a tooth I lost years ago. He introduced himself to me, explained everything in great detail, and made me feel very comfortable. I felt like I learned a lot through the process. He took his time, ordered additional x rays, went over all of them with me, measured my teeth, and calibrated machine measurements to ensure everything was absolutely correct. My impression was that Dr. Mike cared about his patients and does his best to make a unique experience for everyone. I watched as he talked to other people when I was getting my appointments scheduled and I must say I am impressed by his professionalism, extensive knowledge, experience, and great personality. He gets an A+ rating from me!”

“I took my mother-in-law to see Dr Wu, and he did a very good job on her, so I decided to give him a go as well. I should note here that I absolutely HATE going to the dentist. Initially I had a broken filling, and I'd left it so long the tooth was in a bad way, and it required a crown. It was more work than I expected, and one thing I appreciated was the Dr Wu took a lot of time to explain what was going on, why the treatment was needed, etc. I'm sometimes suspicious that dentists do more work than they really need to, just so they can make more money, but I've never gotten that impression from Dr Wu. After that tooth was taken care of, it turned out I also had some other fillings, and so I got those done too. I can't say I exactly enjoyed the experience (I hate dentists remember) but I can honestly say it wasn't actually that bad or painful. In other words, it was much better than I was afraid of, and didn't hurt or cause troubles. I'll certainly continue to use him for future dental work, and that's the best recommendation I can give! He's not exactly local to me, but I'm more than happy to drive the extra distance just to have a reasonable experience at the dentist!”

“Dr. Ballard is a wonderful, sweet, no frills dentist who I just recently transferred my dental care to. I went in for a Saturday appointment (woohoo!) and she greeted me herself, did the cleaning, and had me out the door within a half hour. She was gentle during the cleaning, incredibly kind, and for someone who doesn't love the dentist, (I mean, who does?), I had about the best possible experience.
