Everything from addressing the insurance aspects to evaluating the health of the teeth and what if anything needs to be done is extremely efficient, thorough and well organized. Also everyone is very friendly. Dr. Nguyen fitted two crowns on me I am very pleased with the results. As he says to him working on a tooth is like working on apiece of jewelry. It shows, my crowns look like actual teeth. Since I have needed lots of dental work done over the years I have been a patient of several dentists. I must say I like being Dr. Nguyen's patient the most; happy I found him :).”

“I just visited this office for the first time and my experience couldn't have been better! All of the office staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable and informative. they took the time to explain everything that was going on; unlike some offices I've frequented before. Elvira was very courteous and checked up on me multiple times during my visit. You can tell she is very dedicated and genuinely cares. Priscilla was also very efficient every step of the way which made me feel comfortable and at ease. The office and bathroom is clean (which is very important!) and the entire staff really welcomes you in and makes you feel cared for. I'll defiantly be going back and would highly recommend.”

“I was referred to by my dentist to this location for root canal treatment. Since it was a major procedure I was a little nervous, however Dr Ahmad Alnatour was professional. The treatment was done with less discomfort to me and in timely manner. I would say he's a magician when it comes to root canal treatment. Definitely would recommend for those scared of major procedures. The cost of treatment didn't come high as well.”

“Dr. Pham and Legacy Orthodontics has been a part of our lives for over 10 years and today my youngest son just got his braces off. As you can tell, his smile is not only big but beautiful! I am grateful for the amazing work, the friendly staff and dedication of Legacy Orthodontics over the years and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I found Dr. Pham by reading a review 10 years ago when we just moved to California and we knew absolutely no one. My daughter's wire (age 9 at the time) had come out and the frantic mom that I was went online to see if I could find someone to help her at 4:50pm on a weekday. I called Legacy Orthodontics and even though the office was closing in 10 minutes and would take me a bit to get there in rush hour traffic, Dr. Pham said to come in without any hesitation and that he would wait for my daughter and I to arrive. Well he did, and from that day on I knew we found the right place for all three of my kids to get their braces. My kids have beautiful smiles and it was a great review that I read that helped me make my decision, so if you are looking for an orthodontist...look no further.”

“I am really surprised by some of these negative reviews. My two grand kids have been going to Dr. Irving, and he and his whole staff have been wonderful and accommodating and easy to deal with. For the record (and my grand kids are not white), I have seen no racism, and I am very sensitive to that issue. Also, I don't understand why one of the reviewers thinks he only cares about money. In my experience, it is just the opposite, and at one point we got quite behind on payment without realizing it, because he didn't raise the topic at all.”

“Changed from Western Dental which was a terrible place. I had my first appointment at Steele Canyon Smiles today. My Xray tech, Abby was so nice and efficient. The dentist, Dr. Dawood was very nice & patient. I have to go back for a filling so that appointment is in September so I will keep u posted.
