My rental Property bedrooms wood laminate floors were water damaged and needed immediate replacement for my tenants. Thanks to Sam he was very understanding of my needs and urgency to to replaced the floors, he also recommended replacing it with new technology vinyl flooring so in the future they would be protected from water damage. Sam offer fair pricing, came out the same day measured the space, ordered the flooring, and had his installer there the next day. The installers were very professional they were in and out, removed the old flooring, replace the new floors and molding in a speedy fashion. The new floors look amazing! He quickly provided detailed drawings of his ideas for the kitchen layout and a price - with and without Carrera counters. We were very pleasantly surprised how low the price was given the quality of the materials used. The remodel at our previous home used particle board cabinets at a much higher price from Home Depot. The cabinets we received from Robert were solid plywood – and at a lower price. His price for the Carrera was also much lower than that we received from a stone yard. Importantly for us, the job was completed very promptly. We are now happily enjoying our new kitchen. .... We could not have asked for a better experience .....”

There is a level of detail that was put into every single section of the studio that is unmatched. You can tell that so much love and passion was put into the space. The aesthetic and energy perfect for our artists and truly inspiring everyone that was working. Rodger, the studio owner, is one of the most gracious, kind, and accommodating studio owners. We booked the studio for a week straight and then again for other sessions. Excellent variety of mic pres, mics, amps, and outboard gear. Everything was setup for my team and I exactly as we requested. In addition, his recommended engineer was excellent and I still work with him when in LA.
